Tony Perkins, an HIV-positive man from Indiana, was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison after admitting he failed to inform five sexual partners that he had HIV, the Indianapolis Star reports. In December 2011, Perkins was given 18 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to not disclosing he had HIV to two other people. Twenty-six women came forward to claim they had sex with him and to file charges against him.
