The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is offering a challenge grant for a next generation condom, according to a foundation statement. The nonprofit group will give $100,000 for the initial phase of idea testing. Concepts considered for funding would significantly preserve or enhance pleasure as well as improve ease-of-use and regular use. Concepts cannot sacrifice the value of condoms for prevention of HIV and unwanted pregnancies.
