Presented by Aaron Johnson Fitness Club THE NEW ERA OF STRENGTH TRAINING Our revolutionary program is the perfect way for high school students and student-athletes to take their fitness to the next level! Created for both males and females aged 13-18, this program will educate, motivate and inspire you to be at your best. What makes our program special is that WE ONLY HAVE 25 SPOTS AVAILABLE PER WEEK. This means our instructors can take the time to understand your personal fitness goals, then help you make them a reality! Our friendly yet firm approach will develop more self-confidence, a physically stronger body and mind, balanced emotions and build mental toughness, all skills that will benefit you in all walks of life.
